COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear customers and friends,

In this climate, we know that booking parties for your kids may not be your first thought, but we want you to know that the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in Max Adventures as you plan your future events.

For the past 5 years Max Adventures has lived by a core value to provide top of the line customer service in a clean, safe and fun environment for our customers and their guests. This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Until June 1st or a further notice from the officials, we are closing our facility to keep our customers and employees safe. All parties booked for March, April, and May will be rescheduled. We will work closely with our customers to accommodate them as much as possible.

WE WANT TO SAY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL TEACHERS, CITY WORKERS, MEDICAL DOCTORS, NURSES AND FIRST RESPONDERS WHO CONTINUE DOING THEIR JOBS AND WOULD LIKE TO
OFFER YOU UP TO A $100 OFF ON OUR DELUXE PACKAGE AND UP TO $150 ON OUR GRAND LUXURY PACKAGE IF YOU WISH TO HOST YOUR KIDS PARTY AT MAX ADVENTURES.
THIS OFFER IS VALID FOR NEW BOOKINGS FOR (MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER).

When You Book Your Future Events:

1. Starting Monday, March 16th we will be working remotely until further notice and we will be taking all future reservations by phone only.

2. We have a virtual tour of our facility available on our website in English, Spanish and Russian at https://www.maxadventuresny.com/virtual-tour

3. If you wish to see our place in person, we will let you know when the facility will be open again.

4. Our highly trained staff will do our best to explain all packages, pricing in details and walk you through our virtual tour.

5. We want you to be confident when booking. With that in mind we are adjusting our rescheduling and cancellation policy accordingly: Parties that are booked for April, May and June (as of now), will have an option to postpone their parties without any fees, at any time and to the best available date and time (including up to the next year). We will be waiving 14 day and 48 hours cancellation fees if you decide to cancel the event. In case you decide to cancel, we will be giving a transferable store credit for the full amount of your deposit which can be transferred to your friends and/or family for their future events. (Transfer valid for parties booked within the next 6 month. With a possibly of extension to another 6 month if needed based on the situation)
